Can I receive a COI?

If your building or facility requires Certification of Insurance, please let us know. The COI can be provided free of charge after reserving your appointment. Please email us their example COI instructions and their email address; we will then issue the COI for your building upon request. The Certification of Insurance will only be emailed directly to the building or facility because of our policy. Therefore you won't get it in your inbox.

Important: COI request is only accepted for customers with scheduled and reserved appointments.
