Is there a return trip fee?

If, for any reason, our team needs to return for the following reasons, there will be a trip fee of $160* for a currently scheduled appointment and charged immediately. This fee covers our time and travel costs. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.


Reasons we must return for the appointment:

  • Wrong order shipped
  • Damage parts due to the manufacturer or delivery
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect size ordered due to the customer's fault

*Final fee cost will vary depending on your residence/business location. Waiving of the fee is on a case-by-case basis.
