Can I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment for whichever reason, please do so within 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any charges to your credit card. Cancelations under 24 hours will result in a 50% invoice charge. The total invoice amount will be processed if canceled within 10 hours of the appointment time.
