Our Guarantee covers our specialists' mistakes, which may occasionally happen. We are only human. To ensure your satisfaction at every visit is achieved, we must win your trust. Therefore, we implemented this guarantee to save you the frustration.

The Guarantee

If for any reason there is an issue with your service. We will come back to fix it, absolutely free. This guarantee includes wrongly assembled items, wrong furniture placement, missing screws due to the specialist's fault and screws we can provide, and unfulfilled service due to inexperienced specialists.

Please Note: The Guarantee is only valid for unsatisfactory service due to a specialist fault, and does not apply to damages or issues due to the failure of the manufacturer, delivery, or client. The Guarantee is only valid up to 48 hours after the last appointment.

Included in the Guarantee:

  • Valid up to 48 hours after the last appointment
  • Wrongly assembled items
  • Wrong furniture/item placement
  • Missing screws due to specialist's fault and screws we can provide
  • Unfulfilled service due to inexperienced specialists

Not included in the Guarantee:

  • Over 48 hours from the last appointment
  • Free assembly of a different item as a replacement of the damaged or wrongly assembled item
  • Damage or wrongly assembled items due to the fault of the client
  • Missing a special screw which we are not able to provide due to the fault of the manufacturer
  • Damages or issues due to the fault of the manufacturer, delivery, or client
  • Services not provided by On Point Assembly
