Can I order replacement parts directly with On Point Assembly?

Currently, we do not carry or sell replacement parts for fitness equipment. To order replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer (OEM) or retailer from which you purchased the equipment. During your repair or maintenance service, we will inform you what's needed and indicate the part number or type for clarity when requesting the parts.
