What happens if there is bad weather?

Unfortunately, if any weather concerns have implications for the current scheduled project, your appointment must be rescheduled for the safety of the team. Weather type that causes a concern for our team is rain, snow, high winds, storms, lighting, and extreme heat and cold. Appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest availability. We aim to have you back on the route within 1-2 days. However, this is not promised, and rescheduling could take several days.

We understand this may cause concern and potentially impact your plans, and we apologize in advance. Weather is out of our control, and we aim to accommodate accordingly.
