Why does On Point Assembly require a credit card on file?

A credit card must be added on file to ensure your scheduled date/time will be reserved exclusively for you. This confirmation helps keep the assigned specialists on standby and ready to work at the scheduled appointment. Payment is only required once the job is complete.

A credit card must be added on file at the time of booking your appointment or at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please confirm the payment as soon as possible to reserve the chosen appointment date/time and avoid the cancellation of your booking.

You may cancel the booking up to 48 hours from the appointment time, free of charge. You must cancel within 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any charges to your credit card. Cancellations under 48 hours are charged a $35 late fee.
