Is a deposit required?

A deposit is not required to reserve your appointment. However, a card on file is a requirement. Payment is only processed after the job has been completed. You'll need to add your payment details when booking your appointment, or the scheduled date/time will be canceled if a card is not present. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; the portal is fully secured and PCI-compliant.

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any charges to your credit card. Cancelations under 24 hours will result in a 50% invoice charge. The total invoice amount will be processed if canceled within 10 hours of the appointment time.
