How do I prepare for the assembly?
On Point Assembly is committed to delivering our clients the best and fastest assembly services. To meet this commitment, please ensure all items and boxes are placed within 10 feet of the installation area to avoid service delays. Please also provide ample space for the team to work. Unless you indicated moving help on your service request, you must have all products in the dedicated installation area.
When purchasing your items, opting for a room-of-choice (white-glove) delivery would be ideal if you cannot move the boxes on your own. Most deliveries are curbside only.
